Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings require confirmation through our team via WhatsApp or email.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may incur a fee.
• Damages to equipment may result in repair or replacement charges.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe, level ground with adequate space for game setups.
• Ensure adult supervision for children's use of games.
• Follow all instructions from our delivery and setup staff.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BunaBoard Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or equipment.
